Transcript Requests

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Class of 2023!

Please follow --> these directions<-- (1.Traditional or 2. Online) to file a transcript request to be sent to anyone: schools, scholarship applications, NCAA/NAIA, etc.

All other students, graduates, etc. please follow these instructions:

IN-PERSON REQUEST

If the registrar is available, the transcript will be available immediately. Parents of past graduates do not have access, and request must be made by the individual.

ONLINE REQUESTS*

*Requests made through these links will be processed within 3-5 business days
upon reception.

*Current West Hills students - your first 5 transcripts requrests are free of charge! The cost of each transcript request after is $2

Make sure to visit the Online Web Store first to purchase the transcript(s) as you
will need a receipt number when filling out the request form
