Contacting Your Counselor

For any issues PERTAINING TO GRADUATION, such as schedule changes, credit or grade inquiries, and 504s or IEPs, parents and students need to talk to their alpha-assigned counselor.

For any SOCIAL OR EMOTIONAL ISSUES, students may talk to whichever counselor they feel most comfortable with.

If you are a STUDENT, and if you want to meet with your counselor, choose from one of the following:

1. Walk in to your counselor's office before school, during lunch, or after school (no appointment is necessary). This method is best for students who have a minor concern or question that can be addressed quickly.

2. Walk in anytime. This method is ONLY for students who have a concern that needs immediate/urgent attention.

3. E-mail your counselor at the addresses below.

If you are a PARENT or GUARDIAN, and if you have a general counseling question or concern, the most effective way to contact your student's counselor is via his or her e-mail address (listed above). You can also contact the counselors via voicemail, and sometimes they do not get a chance to check their voice mail messages until the end of the day (they will attempt to return your call within 24 hours).

If you need to meet with your student's counselor, please contact Pam Crenshaw ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or call 619-956-00439, to schedule an appointment.
