During nurse lunch and break times, other staff will be availalbe and the student needs to follow the directions on the nurse's door.
At no time may a student leave campus without checking out via the Nurse or Attendance with parent contact.
Students must have a completed Authorization of Medication letter on file for ANY medications including over the counter pain medication. At no time may a student have any medications on their person without this authorization on file. Please see documents below, complete, and return to the school nurse.
