Are you planning to drive and part in the West Hills High School parking lots? If so, you must complete the Start Smart program hosted by the San Diego Sheriff's Department. It is mandatory for all students wishing to park on campus to complete this program. You will be required to show a certificate of completion of this program before you will be issued a parking permit from supervision staff. A parent must also attend with you in order to receive the certificate of completion.
